Tough Direhide

Tough Direhide is a boss-locked hide material: community documentation lists it as a direct drop from Nix, one of the game's boss encounters. As with the other 'direct drop' materials, it comes off the boss kill itself rather than from chests or zone mobs, so Nix's spawn windows are your farming schedule.

The community card documents the source but does not yet itemize recipes on the card itself. Cross-referencing the crafting economy fills in the picture: the Build Reset Token - the Mythical Level 70+ respec consumable - requires 5 Tough Direhide, putting it alongside Flame-Refined Talons (Calamitas) and King Crocodile Scales (The Crocodile King) in the trio of boss materials that gate that recipe.

Practical takeaway: if a build reset is anywhere in your plans, fold Nix into your boss rotation early. At five hides per token, this is a multi-kill commitment, and boss materials are much easier to accumulate passively than to farm under pressure the day you want to respec.
