Electric Core

The Electric Core is the electrical organ harvested from Floating-type Hollows - it keeps crackling with residual spiritual energy even after the Hollow dies. It sells for 8, can be dropped for other players and stored in the bank, and drops in two documented regions: the Soul Society Outskirts and the Arctic Plains.

Its importance outgrows its Common rarity. The core's documented role is as a key input for Energy Cells, crafted together with Scrap Metal (the Energy Cell recipe takes 2x Scrap Metal; the core count is not separately documented). Energy Cells in turn power the Spirit Charm merging system, which unlocks after completing the VV Initiative questline - so what looks like early-zone vendor trash becomes a standing endgame resource for anyone fusing charms.

Farming is straightforward: Floating-type Hollows are regular mobs, not bosses, so you can generate cores on demand. The Outskirts population is the low-level route; Arctic Plains (a level 40+ region) lets endgame players restock without leaving their progression zone. If you plan to engage with charm fusion at all, bank your cores instead of selling them - 8 coins is never worth a merging bottleneck.
