The Gauntlet
The Gauntlet is the game's boss rush: a challenge mode letting you fight previous enemies back-to-back for rewards and titles. Access starts with the NPC near the statue (the community notes the quest at level 50+, flagged as needing testing): he asks for a Dark Spirit Alloy, and once delivered, interacting with the statue opens the Gauntlet. One rule is capitalized in the source - to accept the rewards, go to your Titles and redeem the achievements there.
Five chains are documented with exact waves and payouts. 'The Terrible': Albrect The Terrible, then x3, then Supreme Albrect, The Atrocious - 50 Soul Tokens, Bad Dream: The Atrocious (+3 Equipment Load), 2 Clan Tokens and the title The Atrocious. 'Dangerous Wanderer': ???, The Masked Warrior, then Gelum, then Securis - 150 Soul Tokens, Memory: War Master (+1% Weapon Damage, +1% Hakuda Damage), 2 Clan Tokens, an Experimental Hogyoku Shard and the Master of War title.
'Predator Chain': Giant Dragonfly, The Scourge of the Marsh, The Gelid Dweller - 150 Soul Tokens, Memory: Beastslayer (+2.5% Monster Damage), 3 Clan Tokens, a Focus Elixer and THE BEASTSLAYER title. 'Unparalleled Strength': Lord Nivis then Junichiro - 150 Soul Tokens, Memory: The Unparalleled (-1.8% Cooldown Length, +5 Shunpo Stamina), 2 Accessory Tokens, 3 Experimental Hogyoku Shards, 1 Token Booster, 2 Ability Tokens and THE UNPARALLELED title. 'The Other Side': Wendigo Hollows x2, The Grey Hunter, The Parasite - 200 Soul Tokens, Memory: The Other Side (+5 Reiatsu, +2.5 Health), a Whetstone, 3 Ability Tokens, 3 Reiatsu Color Rerolls and the Seen Beyond title.
Video documentation (Builderboy TV, JustKenshi, Its_Nin, Snoopkatt) corroborates the chains and fills in the entry rules. The statue stays hidden until you take the secret quest 'The Gauntlet' from the nearby NPC and bring him a crafted Dark Spirit Alloy - the recipe is 4x Dark Essence + 1x Great Soul Essence + 1x Spirit Alloy, craftable at the village crafting table from materials found in normal chests and mobs. The statue's 'Try to remember' menu only lists trials for bosses you have already defeated in the open world, trials are timed solo boss-rush replays that nobody can help you with, and each trial is completable only once - the buff-granting titles and Memories are one-time rewards with no current replay payout. One naming conflict is recorded as-is: Builderboy TV's footage calls the Lord Nivis-into-Junichiro chain 'Unpowered' (spawning the Northern Army commanders before Junichiro), while community documentation names it 'Unparalleled Strength' - and his footage shows the 'Master of War' title claimed right after Dangerous Wanderer (The Masked Warrior, then Gelum), matching the documented chain minus its Securis wave; the title-to-trial mapping and exact wave lists await verification.

Entry, rules and video-documented caveats
Unlocking: the Gauntlet statue at Fort Adams stays hidden until you take the secret quest 'The Gauntlet' from the nearby NPC and deliver a crafted Dark Spirit Alloy. The recipe, shown by Builderboy TV, is 4x Dark Essence + 1x Great Soul Essence + 1x Spirit Alloy, craftable at the village crafting table; the materials come from normal chests and mobs.
Rules: the statue's 'Try to remember' menu lists trials only for bosses you have already defeated in the open world - to see the Junichiro, Grey Hunter or Parasite trials, you must have killed them out there first (per Builderboy TV, corroborated by JustKenshi). Trials are timed, solo boss-rush replays of world bosses; nobody can help you inside. Each trial is completable only once, and its rewards - including the buff-granting titles and Memories - are one-time, with no current replay reward (per Builderboy TV).
Naming conflict: Builderboy TV's footage lists the chains as The Terrible (easiest), Dangerous Wanderer (The Masked Warrior, then Gelum), Predator Chain (Giant Dragonfly, Crocodile, Gelid Dweller), 'Unpowered' (Northern Army commanders, then Junichiro) and The Other Side (2 Wendigos, Grey Hunter, Parasite). Community documentation names the Nivis-Junichiro chain 'Unparalleled Strength' instead of 'Unpowered', and gives Dangerous Wanderer a third Securis wave not seen in the footage. Both versions are recorded; the exact wave lists and title-to-trial mapping are pending in-game verification.
Community notes (Discord)
Community note (starboard posts, 225 and 288 stars): Gauntlet Memory buffs are slot-locked - they apply only to the character slot that completed the trial, so players who want the buffs on every slot must redo the whole Gauntlet per slot. A widely supported request asks to make them account-wide. Pending verification.
Community note (starboard, 222 stars): in the Lord Nivis wave his two-slash string has too few distinct keyframes to read on high ping, unlike his clearly telegraphed staff-slam AoE freeze; the post asks for a parry/block input buffer. Pending verification.
Community note (starboard, 288 stars): there are no health packs inside Gauntlet trials - the waves are fought solo without healing, which is why farming the buffs on multiple slots is widely called exhausting. Pending verification.

FAQ
How do I unlock the Gauntlet?
Complete the level 50+ quest from Grisha in Fort Adams: speak to the NPC near the statue and bring him a Dark Spirit Alloy, then interact with the statue. The alloy is crafted at the village crafting table from 4x Dark Essence, 1x Great Soul Essence and 1x Spirit Alloy (per Builderboy TV).
Why can't I see a boss's trial at the statue?
The 'Try to remember' menu only lists trials for bosses you have already defeated in the open world - kill the boss out in the world first and its trial appears (per Builderboy TV, JustKenshi).
Can Gauntlet trials be replayed for more rewards?
No - each trial is completable only once and its rewards, including the buff-granting titles, are one-time. There is currently no replay reward (per Builderboy TV).
Why didn't I receive my Gauntlet rewards?
Rewards must be redeemed manually - open your Titles menu and claim the achievements there, as the community documentation stresses in capital letters.
