Mizuki Sato

Mizuki Sato is one of the village settlements of the Soul Society Outskirts. Its own card contains no text, but its screenshots (one file simply named 'Sato') show a hillside village at night - tiered wooden buildings, paper-screen windows glowing orange, and chains of hanging lanterns swallowed by thick blue mist.

Cross-references establish its place on the map. The Masked Warrior boss documentation names the bridge between Nebukai and Mizuki Sato as one of the boss's three spawn locations in the Outskirts, putting the village directly on a world-boss route (odd hours at :20 EST). The One-Handed Katana weapon style documentation places its trainer here too: find the man named Hideo in the small cave near Mizuki Sato ('Mizuki Soto' in the source's spelling), who offers his quest for 300 Soul Tokens and requires you to parry-execute 2 enemies.

No other vendors, quest givers or level requirements are documented for the village itself, so treat Mizuki Sato primarily as a landmark: a scenic waypoint between Outskirts content, a boss-spawn marker, and the doorstep of one of the game's weapon-style trainers.
