Wendigo
The Wendigo is one of the most dangerous non-boss hollows documented, with high health and medium damage backed by genuinely mean mechanics. Its signature pattern is Heavy Onslaught: the Wendigo will typically teleport behind you before unleashing a multi-hit assault at medium-high damage - and only the first two hits are documented as parryable or blockable, so surviving it is about reacting to the teleport, not just holding guard.
Fearful Scream inflicts a '???' status effect on top of low damage, and Orbs of Darkness sends out projectiles that autotrack until they hit you or collide with terrain, carrying medium-high posture damage. Fighting a Wendigo around obstacles lets you break the orbs' tracking - in the open, they will find you.
Wendigos are tied to Hueco Mundo content: Emeki, the quest giver for Wendigos, stands in Hueco Mundo (the world boss Junichiro spawns beside him), and Wendigo Hollows open the Gauntlet's 'The Other Side' chain as its first wave. Documented drops are the Wendigo Skull hollow part and the Haze of Death charm.
