How to Attain Res
Resurreccion is the Arrancar awakened mode, and its questline mirrors the Soul Reaper meditation path with a darker palette - literally. From Level 25 you can begin meditations; each requires enough banked XP, and meditating without it just puts your character to sleep. Whispers/words on your screen are the readiness signal (not the 'You hear whispers nearby' proximity message).
Enough meditations send you to your inner world - Arrancars get a darker one - which starts clouded by fog. At around Level 30+ you receive the quest 'Clearing the Fog' (Reach Lvl. 35 / Go to ???). Once the fog is gone, the inner world becomes a pursuit: follow red eyes around the map until they teleport you out, and across repeated visits keep following them until you find your spirit. Speaking to it starts the Res fight.
The fight is a tour of your own past: Stage 1 pits you against your first hollow form (a centipede hollow if that is what you were), Stage 2 against your Menos form, and Stage 3 against your Adjuchas form - the same as stage 1 but harder. Critically, you get no healthpacks between stages, so come prepared and play defensively. Winning grants your mode.
Expectation management is half this guide: the process takes a long time, meditation XP is said to be based on hits rather than damage, and many players only finish around level 60-80. Do not sweat it early.
Details
Meditation and the darker inner world
Meditate whenever the on-screen whispers confirm you have enough XP - failed attempts (falling asleep) mean you need more. After a certain number of meditations you are sent to your inner world; Arrancars receive a darker variant, initially clouded by fog. The 'Clearing the Fog' quest around Level 30+ (requirements: Reach Lvl. 35, Go to ???) opens it up.
With the fog cleared, follow the red eyes around the map until they teleport you out. Keep meditating and chasing them across visits - eventually the eyes lead you to your spirit, and speaking to it starts the Res fight.
The Res fight
You do not get healthpacks between stages, so enter healthy and play defensively. Stage 1 is your first hollow form - whatever you started as, you fight it. Stage 2 is your Menos form. Stage 3 is your Adjuchas form, which plays like stage 1 but harder. Defeat all three of your former selves and Resurreccion is yours.
Community notes (Discord)
Community note (starboard, 1026 stars): the gorilla stages can parry or block mid-action (while charging moves, attacking or running at you), and the Menos stage punishes hard - stomps roughly once per second and a guardbreak if you miss three parries, with cero mistakes taking most of your HP. Pending verification.

FAQ
Why is my Res progression so slow?
It is designed to be - meditation XP is said to be based on hits rather than damage, and many players only complete Resurreccion around level 60-80. Keep fighting and meditating whenever the whispers appear.
Do you get healthpacks during the Res fight?
No - unlike the Shikai boss fight, the three-stage Res fight gives no healthpacks, so enter at full strength and play defensively.
What do you fight for Resurreccion?
Your own past forms in order: your first hollow form (Stage 1), your Menos form (Stage 2) and your Adjuchas form (Stage 3, a harder rerun of stage 1).
