Regal Frosted Cape

The Regal Frosted Cape is the most substantial of the three documented Frosted capes dropped by the Northern Army bosses. Where the Tattered and Wide variants each carry a single offensive stat, the Regal cape is all substance: +6 Max Reiatsu and +8 Max Health, giving both a deeper energy pool for skills and a health roll that rivals Rare-tier body pieces. For casters who want durability without giving up reiatsu, it is a strong Uncommon stopgap.

It drops directly from Lord Nivis, who also drops the Frosted Steel Pauldrons - making him a doubly attractive farm for body-slot upgrades. His fellow Northern Army bosses complete the cape family: Evocator drops the Tattered Frosted Cape (+1.5% Weapon Damage) and Frigus the Wide Frosted Cape (+2.25% Kido Damage), and any of the three can drop the misc-slot Northern War Skirt.

Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight. As with all equipment, one of the 13 modifiers can appear on it - Vibrant (+4% Max Health) or Voluminous (+7% Max Reiatsu) rolls would double down on what the cape already does - and a Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
