Ashen Pendant

The Ashen Pendant is a Rare misc piece with the only elemental damage stat documented in the body/misc equipment pool: +4.5% Flame Damage, alongside a modest +5 Max Health. That flame bonus is also one of the largest percentage rolls of any kind in the documented equipment set, but it is conditional - it only matters to builds that actually deal flame damage through their element or skills. For a flame-element character it is close to an automatic misc-slot pick; for everyone else it is just a small health trinket.

It drops directly from Calamitas, which is thematically tidy - the flame boss drops the flame pendant. Calamitas' loot table also holds the far rarer Pendant of Youth, so farming the boss for the Ashen Pendant carries a lottery ticket for the Legendary as well. Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight.

The only other documented elemental-damage equipment in these slots is the Left/Right Electrified Arm Chains' +4% Lightning Damage, making elemental pendants and chains a niche but real gearing axis for element-focused builds. Standard modifier rules apply - one of 13 possible rolls, rerollable at a Tailor for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
