Northern War Skirt

The Northern War Skirt is a Common item punching far above its rarity tag. Its single stat, +2% Weapon Damage, is the highest weapon damage documented on any misc-slot equipment - beating the Legendary Monkey Head's +1.5% line - and it drops from any of the three Northern Army bosses: Evocator, Frigus or Lord Nivis. Three separate loot tables carrying the same item make it one of the most farmable boss drops documented.

For weapon builds, the skirt slots into an all-Northern damage package: pair it with Evocator's Tattered Frosted Cape (+1.5% Weapon Damage, body slot) for +3.5% Weapon Damage from one boss group. Its Common rarity in community documentation likely reflects availability rather than power - it has no secondary stats, no defenses, just the damage line.

No drop rate, level requirement or weight is documented. As with every equipment piece, one of the 13 modifiers can roll on it; a Deadly roll (+5% Weapon Damage) would make a Common skirt the single strongest documented weapon-damage item in the misc slot by a wide margin. A Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens - and this is one Common item where the reroll can be worth the tokens.
