Tattered Frosted Cape

The Tattered Frosted Cape is the weapon-user's entry in the Frosted cape family dropped by the Northern Army bosses. It carries a single stat - +1.5% Weapon Damage - with no defensive padding at all. That number matches the Rare Wraith Cape and the Legendary Battle-Damaged Haori's weapon damage line, so despite the Uncommon tag and the ragged look, the cape delivers real offensive value for a body slot dedicated purely to damage.

It is a direct drop from Evocator, one of the three documented Northern Army bosses. The family logic is tidy: Evocator's tattered cape boosts weapon damage, Frigus' Wide Frosted Cape boosts kido damage (+2.25%), and Lord Nivis' Regal Frosted Cape goes defensive with reiatsu and health. Any of the three bosses can additionally drop the misc-slot Northern War Skirt (+2% Weapon Damage), which stacks with this cape for +3.5% Weapon Damage across two slots from the same farm.

Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight. Like all equipment it can roll one of the 13 modifiers - Deadly (+5% Weapon Damage) being the obvious jackpot - and a Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
