Wide Frosted Cape

The Wide Frosted Cape is the caster's pick among the three Frosted capes dropped by the Northern Army bosses. Its single stat, +2.25% Kido Damage, is the highest kido damage value documented on any body equipment - edging out the Rare-tier Gunslinger's Tunic and Arctic Explorer's Cape (both +2%). An Uncommon boss drop quietly holding the body-slot kido damage crown makes Frigus a priority farm for spell-focused builds.

The trade-off is total specialization: no health, reiatsu or defense - every point of value sits in the damage line. Casters who want padding alongside their damage will prefer the Gunslinger's Tunic; those who maximize burst take the Wide cape.

It drops directly from Frigus. Within the Northern Army set, Evocator's Tattered Frosted Cape covers weapon damage (+1.5%) and Lord Nivis' Regal Frosted Cape covers defense (+6 Max Reiatsu, +8 Max Health), while all three bosses can drop the misc-slot Northern War Skirt. Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight. A Precise modifier roll (+5% Kido Damage, one of the game's 13 modifiers) would push this cape past 7% total kido damage; a Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
