Licker

The Licker is a medium health, medium damage hollow with a short but nasty two-move kit. Lick Grab is a tongue snatch dealing medium damage, documented as dodgeable only - no parry or block is listed - so it functions like a grab and demands a sidestep every time the tongue comes out.

Acidic Explosion is the crowd move: parryable, blockable and dodgeable with medium damage and medium posture damage, and on its first use it spawns 3 Dragonfly hollows into the fight. That summon is the Licker's real trick - what starts as a duel becomes a four-on-one unless you clear the swarm or burn the Licker down fast.

Its confirmed drop is the Monster Iris hollow part. The community source does not document where Lickers spawn; the cross-referenced Dragonfly card simply confirms the Licker as one of the three ways Dragonflies enter the world, alongside field spawn objects and the Giant Dragonfly boss.
