Marsh Turtle
The Marsh Turtle is the swamp's resident tank, rated at medium-high health with low-medium damage. It is documented as one of the enemies of the Swamp region alongside the Toad, Crocodile and the Crocodile King boss, so expect to run into it while working through marsh content - which itself requires a craftable Respirator to enter, per the community's equipment notes.
Its kit revolves around rotation attacks. Spin is the standard poke: parryable, blockable and dodgeable with low damage but medium posture damage. Slam n Spin is the real threat, dealing medium damage with high posture damage - blocking it repeatedly is a fast route to a guardbreak, so parry or dodge instead. Its third ability, Shell, is not an attack at all: the turtle withdraws and gains extra defense, stretching the fight out.
It drops the Turtle Shell hollow part, the same material as the standard Turtle, making the marsh a viable if riskier place to farm shells. No respawn timer is documented.
