Engineer's Cape Issue No. 7

Engineer's Cape Issue No. 7 is the misc-slot companion to the Engineer's Workwear Issue No. 7 body piece, and it keeps the family's anti-kido specialty: +3% Kido Defense - the highest kido defense documented on misc equipment - plus +4 Max Reiatsu for a deeper energy pool. Casters and anyone routinely fighting kido users get concentrated value from this one slot.

Both Engineer pieces drop from the same Hueco Mundo chest pool, so a single farming route can assemble the whole Issue No. 7 set. Worn together they total +9 Max Reiatsu and +6.25% Kido Defense before modifiers, plus the workwear's +2 Equipment Load - no set bonus is documented, but the raw sums already make the pair the game's documented anti-kido core. Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight for the cape.

Its closest misc-slot comparison is the Legendary Drinking Gourd (+8 Max Reiatsu, +2% Kido Defense from Junichiro): the gourd doubles the reiatsu while the cape wins on defense percentage and farmability. A Ghostly modifier roll (+11% Kido Defense, one of the game's 13 modifiers) would turn the cape into a dedicated kido wall; a Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
