Worm
The Worm is an ambush enemy built around one rhythm: it strikes from the ground, retreats, and eventually exhausts itself. Its Ambush attack erupts from below at medium damage and medium posture damage, while In and Out Roar pops it out of its hole for low-medium damage with medium posture damage. Both moves are parryable, blockable and dodgeable, so nothing in the kit cheats your defenses.
The defining quirk is documented in the community notes: after a few attacks, the Worm becomes ragdolled and unable to move. That collapse is your punish window - the fight is less about breaking its guard and more about surviving its bursts until it flops, then unloading damage while it lies helpless.
At low-medium health it does not take many punish windows to finish. Community documentation lists no drops for the Worm and does not record its spawn zone, so treat both as unverified; its burrowing behavior simply implies terrain with diggable ground.
