Overtime Hours
Tier 2Overtime Hours pays you for staying on the clock - "Sundays are supposed to be my reset day." During a mission, once the timer runs down below 75% of the starting time, you start running off overtime: you gain 6.5% output, and you continue to gain that bonus again for every invader that joins the mission.
The design targets the exact anatomy of a contested mission. The early quarter of the timer - when nothing has usually gone wrong yet - grants nothing; the long remainder, where objectives drag and hostile players arrive, is where the charm compounds. Each invader stacking another 6.5% output means the mission-runner gets stronger precisely as the situation deteriorates, a built-in counterweight to being outnumbered.
It is strictly a mission charm - outside missions the trigger cannot occur - which makes it a specialist pick for dedicated mission grinders, especially on servers where invasions are routine. Overtime Hours requires Level 10, weighs 1 wt., is documented as found in the Arctic Plains, and lists a sell price of 16 Tokens.
