Battle Hardened is one of the rare purely cosmetic Spirit Charms: you visually bleed on hits at lower health. There are no stats, no triggers, no drawbacks - just a battle-worn look for characters who like their scars visible. The flavor line carries the whole identity: "A hundred scars. What is one more?"

Because it occupies Notch space like any other Tier 1 charm, wearing it is strictly an aesthetic statement priced in loadout capacity. That cost is small - Tier 1 is the cheapest bracket - but in a min-maxed 3-Notch build, a cosmetic slot is still a real choice. For roleplay-forward players, screenshot hunters, or anyone building a grizzled-veteran look, it is the only documented way to get conditional blood VFX tied to low health.

Its zone and drop or vendor source are not documented in current community documentation, so how it is obtained remains undocumented - the general charm sources (zone finds, Valley of Screams pedestals) are the presumed routes.
