Adrenaline Junkie
Tier 3Adrenaline Junkie turns your damage output into a live scoreboard of how cleanly you are fighting. Every hit you land adds 1% output, climbing to a ceiling of 110% - multi-hit techniques do not count toward the stacking. Every hit you take strips 1% away, and the floor is brutally low: output can sink all the way to 10% if you keep eating attacks. If you neither hit nor get hit for 30 seconds, the meter resets to a neutral 100%.
That symmetry makes it one of the most honest skill checks among the Tier 3 charms. A player who spaces well and lands steady single hits fights at a permanent 10% advantage; a player who trades recklessly can end up doing a fraction of their normal damage. The 30-second reset also punishes passive play - disengage too long and your built-up advantage evaporates.
It suits confident duelists and evasive styles built on clean exchanges, and pairs naturally with untouchable-playstyle effects. It is a poor fit for tanky trade-heavy builds that accept hits as part of their plan. Adrenaline Junkie requires Level 15, weighs 0 wt., and is documented as found in the Soul Society Outskirts; no boss or vendor source is documented.

FAQ
What is the maximum and minimum output with Adrenaline Junkie?
Output climbs 1% per hit landed up to 110%, and falls 1% per hit taken down to 10%. Thirty seconds without hitting or being hit resets it to 100%.
Who should run Adrenaline Junkie?
Players who win through clean, controlled exchanges - dodging and spacing specialists. Builds that plan to trade hits will spend most fights below 100% output.
