Where Perfect Flash itself requires you to be out of combat to earn its multiplier, Backline Buster manufactures the same payoff mid-brawl: tag the frontliner, swap to the support behind them, and the follow-up lands as an empowered strike. That makes it a group-fight specialist - in a straight duel there is no second opponent, and the charm does nothing.
It suits invaders, gank squads, and anyone whose job is punishing the squishy player standing behind a tank. Its 35-second cooldown also cycles faster than Perfect Flash's own 60 seconds, giving multi-target players more frequent burst windows. Backline Buster requires Level 10 and weighs 1 wt.; its zone and drop or vendor source are not documented in current community documentation.
