Head Hunter
Tier 1Head Hunter pays the underdog - "THE LIST KEEPS ON GETTING BIGGER." You deal 5% more damage towards players with an active transformation or shikai, provided you have neither active yourself. The bonus exists only across that exact power gap: them transformed, you not.
That makes it a giant-killing tool with a built-in discipline test. Transformations and shikai are the game's big power spikes, and fighting into one is normally a losing proposition; the 5% narrows the gap for players who either have not unlocked their own spike yet or deliberately hold it back. The moment you pop your own transformation, the bonus vanishes - so the charm implicitly rewards saving your spike as a counter rather than an opener.
Lower-level players who regularly face transformed opponents get the most consistent value, as do restraint-heavy duelists; it also fits ability-denial builds like Heavenly Restriction or The Incapable, which cannot transform anyway. It weighs 1 wt. and lists no level requirement in the documented tooltip; its source is not documented.

FAQ
When does Head Hunter's bonus apply?
Only when your target has an active transformation or shikai and you have neither active - the 5% rewards fighting up the power gap.
Does Head Hunter work with charms that disable transformations?
Conceptually it fits builds like Heavenly Restriction or The Incapable, which can never transform and thus always satisfy the "you have neither" condition against transformed targets - though no interaction is formally documented.
