Tier 1Domination raises the ceiling on your aura power: max AP is increased by 0.15x. The flavor line names its audience directly - "For fighters who rarely get hit."
AP is the multiplier behind several of the game's strongest conditional effects, and a handful of charms key off high AP thresholds explicitly: Song of Fire and Thunder demands 1.25x and 1.2x AP for its flame and thunder imbues, while Heat Burst grants max AP on activation - a grant that is worth more when the maximum itself is higher. Raising the cap by 0.15x extends how far a snowballing, untouched fighter can push that advantage.
As a Tier 1 pick it is a cheap enabler for AP-centric loadouts rather than a payoff in itself: the charm does nothing to help you reach high AP, it only makes the top end taller. Players who spend fights trading hits, and thus rarely sit at peak AP, get little from it. No level requirement, weight, zone, or source appears in current documentation captures.
