Devil's Blue Gauntlets

The Devil's Blue Gauntlets are the defensive variant among the three colored Devil's gauntlet pairs. Like the red and purple versions they deal +2.5% Hakuda Damage; their distinguishing secondary is +1% Kido Defense, making them the pick for hakuda fighters who expect to trade with casters. Red offers +4 Max Health and purple +3 Max Reiatsu for the same damage line.

Their signature flourish is a blue spark visual effect that plays on every third hakuda skill landed. As with the whole Devil's line, community documentation notes it is unknown whether the spark is purely cosmetic or does something mechanical - no one has documented a functional difference.

The blue pair doubles as crafting material: together with 2 Flame Refined Talons it converts into the Demon's White or Red Gauntlets (+3.6% Hakuda Damage), the documented ceiling of the gauntlet line. Only the colored pairs work for this - the Devil's Royal Gauntlets are explicitly excluded. Community documentation records no acquisition source, drop rate, level requirement or weight for the blue pair itself. Like all equipment they can roll one of the 13 modifiers, rerollable at a Tailor for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
