The Hogyoku

The Hogyoku is a wish-granting item and one of only two Mythical consumables in the game. Using it presents a menu of wishes, and you may pick exactly one per Hogyoku - so the choice is a genuine build decision. Community documentation states there are 6 different wishes, though it currently lists seven options, so treat the exact count as pending verification.

The documented wishes cover most of the game's respec and reroll economy. 'I want to reallocate my build points' reallocates build points specifically - not attribute or stat points. 'I want 7 experimental shards' grants 7 Experimental Hogyoku Shards for weapon rerolls, while 'I want 7 ability rerolls' does the same for abilities. 'Make me rich' pays out 4000 soul coins (a value checked on 6/6/26). 'Reroll my hollow traits' rerolls all of your current traits at random - a gamble, since you cannot pick the results. 'I want to refund all of my skills' refunds only your skills, leaving attribute and build points untouched.

The standout long-term option is 'I want to have ultimate mastery over one of my techniques', which uncaps a single skill's level cap from 6 to 8 - the only documented way to push a skill past its normal ceiling. For hardcore min-maxers, that usually competes with the shard and reroll bundles as the best value.
