Character Token

Legendary
verified 2026-07-09 · VV: Ultimatum consumables

Character Token is a Legendary consumable in VV: Ultimatum that grants an extra character slot when used, obtainable through codes and as an Ascension reward.

The Character Token does one thing, and it is one of the most account-valuable things in the game: using it grants an additional character slot. The in-game feedback on use confirms the trade directly - the token is consumed and you gain '+ Character slot'. With three factions and rollable clans, elements and traits, extra slots are how you experience Soul Reaper, Quincy and Arrancar progression without wiping anything.

Its tooltip marks it as a Legendary consumable with some unusual properties: it weighs nothing (0 wt) and is flagged both Unloseable and Untradeable. You cannot sell it, trade it away, or lose it - it stays in your inventory until you decide to spend it.

Community documentation lists codes as the obtainment route, and the Ascension prestige system is a reliable second source: both the Ascension 1 and Ascension 2 reward bundles include a Character Token alongside Soul Tokens, Clan Tokens and other prestige rewards. Since slots are permanent, there is no wrong time to use one - the only decision is which faction the new slot is for.
