Ability Resonance

Ability Resonance is the targeted respec item for your awakened mode. Where the Mythical Build Reset Token wipes your whole build, Ability Resonance is scoped to one system: it lets you reset the points you have placed on your Shikai (Soul Reaper), Resurreccion (Arrancar) or Schrift (Quincy).

That scope makes it the go-to item after you learn how your mode actually plays. Awakened abilities are unlocked over a long progression grind - meditations and boss fights for Shikai and Res, Lieutenant missions and the Securis fight for Schrift - and it is common to discover that your early point spread does not match how you fight. Ability Resonance lets you rebuild that tree without touching your base stats, skills or build points.

It sits in the Rare consumable tier alongside the game's other reroll and respec tokens. Community documentation does not currently list specific drop sources for it, so obtainment details are pending verification - check chests, rewards and event sources in-game.
