Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing is built for the moment a team fight starts going wrong. Whenever an ally is about to be knocked within 90 meters of you, the charm siphons the HP pack the enemy would collect and grants you a percent of it - every fallen teammate literally feeds your survival. The flavor line is a half-remembered shonen gag ("JOJO! This is the last of my ham-... That's not the right shonen"), but the design is genuinely grim: you get stronger sustain precisely as your side collapses.

The permanent cost is severe for a sustain-oriented player: your regeneration from all sources is cut in half. Passive healing, consumables, lifesteal-style effects - the wording covers all of it, so the charm only makes sense for players whose healing plan is the siphon itself, or who barely rely on regeneration to begin with.

It suits aggressive squad players who expect messy multi-knock brawls and want to clean up fights as the eponymous last one standing. In solo play the trigger never fires, making it strictly a downside. It requires Level 15 and weighs 1 wt.; its zone and specific source are not documented in current community documentation.
