Valley of Screams

The Valley of Screams is the game's charm-management limbo. Three documented routes lead in: find the pink/purple portal that spawns in random places at random times (only one player can enter before it disappears), pay Dr. Voris $2,000 to travel there artificially, or use the Reality Warper spirit charm.

Entering the portal teleports you to a separate server. Inside, you are given the option to remove any amount of equipped spirit charms - the mechanic the whole zone exists for, since the charm system's own documentation points here as the way to clear notches. Two random charms also sit on pedestals, free for the taking. When you are done, you exit by turning around and leaving through the portal.

The community documentation carries one warning in capital letters: it doesn't give the charm back. Removing a charm here destroys your ownership of it, so think twice about removing valuable charms - the valley is for clearing regrettable picks and grabbing the two freebies, not for storage.
