BossButterfly is the 2nd story boss inside Flower Forest, a blooming forest guarded by monk spirits and petal-bound bosses. It caps a 15-wave act that opens with 8x Buddha (Blue), 8x Buddha (Green) in wave 1 and scales up to a final wave of 9x Buddha (Blue), 14x Buddha (Green), 3x Oni (Elite), and Butterfly itself. Its health pool and aggression sit noticeably above the Basic and Elite spawns that lead up to it.
Enemies in this act can carry the Explosive, Burrowing, Splitter modifiers: Explosive (stuns everything close by the moment it dies); Burrowing (burrows underground on a timer to dodge incoming attacks); Splitter (splits into weaker copies of itself when killed).
