Grand King's Cero (A) is one of the chase items among skill essences. Community documentation describes it as an extremely rare drop from raids, possibly also obtainable from some bosses - the boss sources are unconfirmed, so treat them as subject to change per current documentation.

Its single documented mechanic is a steep one: using the skill drains 75 health from the caster. That self-cost frames it as a high-commitment nuke in the tradition of its Bleach namesake, though the actual damage, cooldown, Reiatsu cost, and requirements are not yet documented.

The '(A)' tag in its name mirrors the racial tags used elsewhere in the essence list - Kurohitsugi carries an '(SR)' tag and is explicitly race-locked to Shinigami - which suggests a racial restriction for this essence as well, most plausibly Arrancar. The documentation does not state this outright, however, so the lock should be considered unverified until tested in-game.
