Byakurai is one of the early Kido skills — a thin bolt of concentrated lightning fired from the fingertip.

Byakurai (白雷, "White Lightning") is a starter-tier Kido skill: a fast, single-target bolt of lightning that requires very little Kido investment to unlock.

The in-game tooltip captured for the wiki shows the full numeric formulas: reiatsu cost per cast, cooldown scaling with Haste, and the per-level upgrade effect on damage.
