Warrior's Pauldron (Left)

The Warrior's Pauldron (Left) is the health-heavy half of the Warrior's Pauldron pair. Its +9 Max Health is the largest health roll documented on any misc-slot equipment - beating even the Legendary Demon's Red Gauntlets' +8 - and the +2% Melee Defense keeps it useful against physical pressure. For players stacking raw durability from the misc slot, the left shoulder is the documented ceiling.

The pauldrons are asymmetric by design in community documentation: the right pauldron carries +3 Max Health with +3% Melee Defense, so the left is the health piece and the right the mitigation piece. They are recorded as separate items with their own drops, not variants of a single pauldron, so finding one does not grant the other.

Both drop from various chests game-wide, meaning general chest opening rather than a targeted route is how they appear. Community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight. As with every equipment piece, one of the 13 modifiers can roll on it - a Vibrant roll (+4% Max Health) compounds its identity nicely - and a Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
