Umbral Drapes

The Umbral Drapes are a Rare body piece with a stat you will not find on other documented body equipment: +2.5% Monster Damage, a bonus that applies against monster-type enemies rather than in PvP. Paired with +8 Max Reiatsu - one of the larger energy rolls in the body slot - the drapes are a PvE farming garment: more skill uses, and every hit against monsters made harder. The in-game tooltip describes them as "lightweight, unobtrusive robes that allows the cowl to remain the centerpiece," and they weigh only 1 wt.

They require level 70 to equip and are found in Raids and Human World chests. The documented tooltip screenshot shows a copy with a Sturdy modifier (a Melee Defense roll shown at +0.6%), which is a modifier bonus rather than part of the base item - base stats are the reiatsu and monster damage lines.

For players gearing specifically to grind bosses, raids and world monsters, the drapes likely outperform generic damage capes in that content, while contributing nothing extra against other players. As with all equipment, one of the 13 modifiers can roll on them, and a Tailor rerolls for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
