Northern Ushanka

The Northern Ushanka is a fur-lined winter hat and one of the simplest head items documented in VV: Ultimatum: a single +7 Max Health line. That flat health roll is remarkably large for its tier - it equals the health bonus on the Legendary Chaos Halo, War-Torn Bandana and King's Crown, and only the Rare Gravewood Helm and Desert Wanderer's Turban (+8 each) beat it among documented head equipment.

It exists alongside a goggled variant, the Northern Ushanka (Goggles), which is documented as a separate item granting +6 Max Reiatsu instead. Between the two, this one is the pick for melee characters and anyone who values raw survivability, while the goggled version serves casters. Neither variant has a documented drop source, level requirement or equipment load value, though the naming points toward the game's northern snow zones.

As with all equipment, the ushanka can roll one of 13 modifiers. A Vibrant prefix (+4% Max Health) stacks a percentage bonus on top of its flat line, and defensive rolls like Sturdy or Ghostly round it into a budget tank piece. A Tailor rerolls modifiers for 400-500 Soul Tokens if needed.
