The result is an assassin-flavored item: close distance faster, strike unarmed, disengage.

Despite the "headwrap" name, community documentation files it as face equipment, so it stacks with an actual head item. A dedicated Shunpo build combining this with the Desert Wanderer's Turban or Vintage Leather Hood on the head slot accumulates serious flash-step performance across the two slots.

Its source is documented: chests in The Marsh, the toxic zone that requires a crafted Respirator to enter - so the headwrap sits behind a quest-item gate as well as chest RNG. No drop rate, level requirement or equipment load value is recorded.
