Left/Right Arm Chains

The Left/Right Arm Chains are Common misc pieces that come in two variants - a Left and a Right arm version - with identical stats on each: +1.5% Posture Regen and +0.75% Kido Defense. The posture regeneration is the interesting line; guard-recovery stats are uncommon at any rarity, and finding one on Common chest loot gives block-heavy players an early tool.

They drop from various chests across the game, and community documentation records no drop rate, level requirement or weight. Unlike the Left/Right Arm Bandages, which can be merged into a combined both-arms item with doubled stats, no such combination is documented for the Arm Chains - the variants appear to be simple mirror-image alternatives.

Their real long-term value is as crafting material: combined with Electric Cores, Arm Chains become the Uncommon Left/Right Electrified Arm Chains, which keep the posture regen, double the kido defense and add +4% Lightning Damage. For lightning builds, hoarding spare Arm Chains from chests is worthwhile purely as upgrade fodder. As with all equipment, one of the 13 modifiers can roll on them (Quick's +7% Posture Regen suits them best), rerollable at a Tailor for 400-500 Soul Tokens.
