ELOThe Imperial Commander's Cloak is a prestige Body-slot piece tied directly to the Imperial Commander ELO title - only the highest-ranked Quincy players earn access. It's the Quincy counterpart to the Soul Reaper Captain's Cloak and the Arrancar Espada's Cloak, forming a set of three faction-locked ELO body pieces.
As with the Imperial Commander title itself, the cloak is slot-locked: it stays on the character slot that earned it and does not transfer between slots. Community documentation does not record a stat line - the piece appears cosmetic-first, with the title's HP buff (+19.6 HP) handled separately by the ELO title system.
