Gunslinger's Hat

The Gunslinger's Hat is arguably the strongest pure-caster head item in the Rare tier. Its +3% Kido Damage matches the Legendary Chaos Halo's headline stat exactly, and its +5 Max Reiatsu is the joint-largest Reiatsu bonus among documented Rare head pieces. What the halo adds over it is only a small +2.5 Max Health line - so until a Legendary drops, this hat gives a Kido build nearly everything the endgame piece does.

Community documentation does not record how the hat is obtained: no boss, chest region or shop is listed, and no level requirement or equipment load value appears in the documentation. Its availability is therefore unverified even though its stats are well established.

Like all equipment, the hat can roll one of 13 modifiers. A Precise prefix (Kido Damage) is the dream roll here, stacking additional spell damage on an already offense-dense item, while Voluminous (Max Reiatsu) deepens the casting pool further. Unwanted prefixes can be rerolled at a Tailor for 400-500 Soul Tokens. For ranged spiritual builds - fitting its firearm-themed name - this is the Rare-tier head slot to hold onto.
