The Docks
The Docks is the game's designated safe harbor. You reach it by unlocking the teleport to Trade Port at level 20 - taking the teleport spawns you directly on The Docks. The community description paints it warmly: a cozy location filled with scenic lights and a warm atmosphere, with lost souls rowing in the water.
Functionally, it is the hub for trading and the only location where a player may trade items directly with another player. Within The Docks, all combat-related abilities, mechanics and attacks are disabled, along with transformations - the documentation calls it the only location where PvP is an impossibility. One questgiver operates here: Kireku, with no level requirement, offering the Exchange of Goods quest to complete a single trade.
Amenities are documented precisely: two item shops (one featuring the Merchant's Blessing at all times), two crafting tables, and no ability to set a spawn location - entering the world places you near the central structure of The Docks.
