Core game systems: combat and controls, attributes, customization, mastery, world structure and the developer roadmap.

Attack Tags
MythFall labels every enemy and boss move with a short set of tags - parryable, blockable, unblockable, block_breaker, gap_closer, super_armor and more - that tell you exactly how that hit interacts with your block, parry and posture bar before it lands.
Attributes & Stats
Attributes & Stats
MythFall's attribute system lets you allocate points across five attributes - Defense, Ether, Magic, Weapon and Fighting Style - which drive eight visible character stats.
Balance & Formulas
MythFall's numbers are built from a shared formula layer - a gear rarity ladder, a weapon class system and a set of PvP damage caps - that every weapon, armor piece and combat page on this wiki ultimately traces back to.
Character Customization
Character Customization
MythFall's character creator covers head, hair, clothing, body shape, build and race-specific features, with color palettes for each clothing piece.
Character Level & XP
Character level in MythFall caps at 100 and runs on an exponential XP curve- a base of 100 with a 1.3 exponent- a steeper curve shape than the separate compounding curve that governs weapon and magic mastery.
Combat & Controls
Combat & Controls
MythFall's combat is a souls-like system built on blocking, parrying, dodging and lock-on, with a posture bar on you and a poise/stagger bar on enemies - plus a full keyboard control map documented from official tutorial footage.
Combat States
MythFall's character controller runs on 13 exclusive combat/movement states plus 2 configuration defaults, each locking a specific Jump Power and Walk Speed and ranked by a numeric Priority that decides which state wins when several could apply at once.
Enemy Scaling & TTK
MythFall designs enemy toughness around a target time-to-kill (TTK) in seconds rather than hand-placed HP numbers - 20s for a normal mob, 60s for an Elite and 300s for a Boss at baseline, tightening dramatically on higher Dungeon difficulties.
Gear & Affix System
MythFall gear scales on a five-tier rarity ladder from Common to Mythical that gates both affix strength (1.0x to 1.85x) and weapon ability count (0 to 3), layered under a three-tier Light/Medium/Heavy weapon class system and a risk-scaling 10-level enhancement track.
Mastery & Progression
MythFall progression runs on three parallel tracks: mastery that grows by using weapons, magic and fighting styles; XP levels that grant attribute points; and a quest-driven act structure that gates the world.
Mastery Progression
Mastery is MythFall's use-it-to-grow-it progression track for weapons, magic and fighting styles, capped at level 100 and built on a compounding XP curve seeded at 90 XP with a 1.025x growth rate per level.
Posture & Stagger System
MythFall runs two separate guard-break bars in every fight: your own 100-point Posture bar, which breaks your block if you turtle too long, and each enemy's class-specific Stagger HP pool, which opens a punish window when drained.
Roadmap & Post-Launch Plans
Roadmap & Post-Launch Plans
Everything the developers have said, on the record and with dates, about MythFall after the July 10, 2026 release: the Colosseum/Gladiator mode, Island 2, a possible ocean system, and console plans.
Weapons & Magic
MythFall ships nine named weapon types per the official early-access roadmap, and magic is obtained the same way as races - a rarity roll - with 'Necroy' (Mythic) as the first and, pre-release, only named magic type.
World & Story
World & Story
MythFall is built around island-to-island progression: Island One launches on July 10, 2026 as the first story island, structured into four acts, with a divine-tree tutorial questline that opens on a betrayal.
