RareRed Finger is a Rare-tier standard equipment piece that rolls +1 to +10 Damage; rolls +1 to +5 Critical Chance. Its final stat roll is scaled by a separate quality tier on pickup (Rare, Epic, Legendary, or Mythic quality), with Mythic quality being the rarest roll at just 1% odds and pushing the stat closest to the top of its range.
Best suited for Bleed-focused teams. Cursed Finger adds bonus Bleed damage for every stack already sitting on the target, up to a fixed cap, so Red Finger gets stronger the more a squad leans on Bleed.
