Area 1
Area 1 is Catch A Brainrot's first zone, nicknamed the "Grass Zone." It hosts the Rot Center (healing, shop, storage) and the Rot Lab, where new players get their starter brainrot.
22 brainrots across two sub-zones (11 each), both spanning Common through Epic. Sub-zone 1b unlocks past the 3-Trainer key gate.
Progression: grind 1a → beat 3 Trainer NPCs (roughly 970, 1.1k, 1.3k coins each) → collect 3 keys → open the gate to 1b. Loss forfeits the coins with no key.

FAQ
What brainrots can I catch in Area 1?
Twenty-two are documented, split across two sub-zones. Sub-zone 1a (starter half): Glorbo Fruttodrillo, Pussini Sushini, Capyberelli Bananalelli, Trippi Troppi, Salt, Avocadini Guffo, Ballerina Cappuccina, Tatata Sahur, Ecco Cavallo Virtuoso, Spijuniro Golubiro, Orangutini Ananasini. Sub-zone 1b (gated half): Flamingulli, Tric Trac Barabum, Pepper Shaker, Zibra Zubra, Perochello Lemonchello, Rhino Toasterino, Cappuccino Assassino, Bombombini Gussini, U Din Din Dun, Chicleteira Bicicleteira, Girafa Celeste.
Where do I get my starter brainrot in Area 1?
At the Rot Lab, which is where new players are given their starter brainrot.
How do I unlock the harder half of Area 1?
Beat the three Trainer NPCs ("Defeat the three kids hiding around the forest"). Each fight costs coins; a win pays one key, a loss forfeits the coins. Three keys open the padlocked gate into sub-zone 1b.
What's the difference between sub-zone 1a and 1b?
Two separate rosters at two level bands, not a rarity split. Both sub-zones run the full Common-to-Epic ladder - 1a at lower levels, 1b at higher levels behind the 3-Trainer gate.
