Earlier documentation had placed it at Insane rarity and treated it as an outlier Area 1 wild spawn - launch-window player observation (July 2026) corrects both, placing it firmly in sub-zone 1b at Epic tier.
As a sub-zone 1b brainrot, it only spawns after the player has cleared the three Trainer NPCs ("Defeat the three kids hiding around the forest"), collected their three keys and unlocked the padlocked gate into 1b.
Its ability kit and HP haven't been reliably confirmed yet.
