How to get Equipment Lock
Equipment Lock is earned from Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges, and Shops. It can also be used from within Expeditions, giving endgame players an additional place to spend it on gear they're actively pushing.
What it does
Equipment Lock's job is to protect a single Equipment substat from an Equipment Reroll. Each locked stat costs one Equipment Lock cube every time Equipment Reroll is used, so locking multiple stats on the same piece scales the cost up accordingly.
How it pairs with Equipment Reroll
Equipment Lock and Equipment Reroll work as a pair: Equipment Reroll rerolls every substat on a piece of gear that isn't currently locked, while Equipment Lock is what keeps a good roll safe from that reroll.
