The Back to the Village questline names Elder Brannoc explicitly: after the village survives its Syndicate raid, the questline instructs the player to 'return to the village after the recent Syndicate raid and ensure its people are safe. Speak with Elder Brannoc to check on their condition and assist with any needs.' That makes Brannoc the village's designated point of contact for its wellbeing in the questline text - the elder figure players check in with once the immediate danger has passed.

Brannoc's two documented scenes - Village_Chief/Campfires and Village_Chief/Village_Saved - place them squarely in Agros Village's aftermath content, sharing the same 'Village_Chief' scene folder with Sally (also in Campfires) and Cedric Thorn (in both Campfires and Village_Saved). That folder name and the shared scene group suggest Brannoc holds a position of authority in the village - consistent with 'Elder' in the name - and that Campfires and Village_Saved are the two key beats where the village's surviving cast gathers on screen.
