Captain of Squad is the Soul Reaper faction's highest per-squad ELO rank, sitting above Lieutenant of Squad on the ladder. Like most ELO titles it is slot-locked, meaning it only applies to the character slot that earned it, and dropping out of the top rank retires it into the Former Captain variant.

You earn it by gaining enough ELO to rank at the top of your squad's leaderboard within the Soul Reaper faction. Holding the title grants a flat +19.6 HP buff on that slot. See the elo-titles system page for the full HP buff table and slot-locking rules.
